摘要
本文用三维离散涡方法,模拟了轴对称圆射流涡结构的发展。对流场中加入六个波长周向扰动的圆射流进行模拟,发现小扰动由于涡丝诱导运动的非线性作用而不断加强,在流场中产生了强烈的流向涡。由计算得到了六个扰动波长的不稳定大涡环,并得到了它们随时间的发展。另外,本文还对椭圆形射流进行了模拟,发现涡丝短轴长度的增长率要大于长轴长度的增长率,说明椭圆涡结构有向圆形发展的趋势。
Based on the three-dimensional vortex method, a numerical simulation of the axisymmetric round jet is conducted in this paper. The results agree well with the work of Chung and Troutt. After the work mentioned above, we investigate the three-dimensionally evolving jets subject to a radial perturbations with azimuthal wavenumber taken to be six. We find that because of the nonlinear induced movement, the perturbations are strengthened. In the shear layer, the streamwise vorticities are very intense, In addition, we investigate the elliptic jet. The growth rate of the short axis of the elliptic-shaped vortex filament is much faster than the long one. We find that the vortices have the trend to become round vortices.
