摘要
石英晶体DNA传感器可实现对生物反应的实时检测,具有小巧、方便、灵敏度高等优点,在基因诊断、环境监控、药物研究等领域得到了广泛的重视和应用。本文将单片机和CPLD技术相结合,设计实现了一种四通道石英晶体DNA传感器振荡频率的检测电路,具有实时检测、检测精度高、自动化和智能化程度较高等优点。
Quartz crystals DNA sensors can realize real-time detecting of bio-reaction. It's of delicate, convenience, high sensitivity etc. Most of importance was given in the DNA sensor's practical using fields, such as gene diagnostics , environmental monitoring, and drugs researches. A design of detecting circuit based on MCU and CPLD was present in this paper, it was used to detect frequency of quartz crystals DNA sensors in four channel, it has the characters of real-time detecting, high precision, automation and intelligent control.
