摘要
糖化过程是啤酒生产过程中的第一道工序,而且最为复杂,它决定了啤酒的类型和质量。糊化过程是在糖化过程中的重要环节,关于其控制方法和要点的讨论具有普遍意义而且必要。本文通过对控制对象——糊化锅的分析,从软件、硬件两方面对糊化锅的具体控制策略进行了设计和探讨,利用可编程逻辑控制器对现场数字、模拟信号进行采集和处理并对执行元件进行实时控制,工控机完成对控制过程数据的监视、管理和记录功能。并对在实际生产过程中会经常出现的的问题给出了具体的解决方案,在实际运行过程中取得了良好的效果。
The process of saccharification is the first working and it determines the quality of beer. The rice-paste process procedure during the beer produce process.It is the most complex one is a very important step in beer" s saccharification. The discuss on the method and important problem of the process control is necessary and has general significance. By analyzing the control object --rice-cooker this paper design and discuss the material control strategy on both hardware and software aspects. Use the PLC to collect spot data and control the executing components. Use the Industrial Personal Computer to monitor,manage and record the control process data. Further more this paper give the way solving the problems that always appear during the produce process.The strategy achieves good effect in practice.
