摘要
目的 探讨益气解毒汤对烧伤患者免疫功能的调理作用。方法 将烧伤患者随机分为2组，均予常规治疗，治疗组在此基础上给予自拟益气解毒汤口服，测定2组治疗后外周血T淋巴细胞和B淋巴细胞的转化增殖能力。结果 治疗前2组患者的T淋巴细胞和B淋巴细胞转化能力均有所下降。治疗组服药后5d外周血T淋巴细胞开始回升，10～20d增殖反应明显；B淋巴细胞则在服药后第15天明显增殖。结论 益气解毒汤对烧伤患者的免疫功能有增强作用，其中对细胞免疫的改善作用优于对体液免疫的作用。
Objective It is to study the improvement function of Yiqi Jiedu decoction on immune function in patients with burn. Methods The patients with burn were randomly divided into 2 groups and both were given normal treatment. Treatment group was added with Yiqi Jiedu decoction by oral use. The transformation and proliferation abilities of T lymphocyte and B lymphocyte in peripheral blood in the two groups were determined after the treatment. Results The transformation abilities of T lymphocyte and B lymphocyte both get weak. In the treatment group, T lymphocyte in peripheral blood began to increase after 5 days＇ treatment and the proliferation reaction was active after 10 - 20 days＇ treatment, B lymphocyte obviously proliferated on the 15th treatment day. Conclusion Yiqi Jiedu decoction has a strengthening function on the immune function in patients with burn, and the improvement function on cellular immunity is better than that on humoral immunity.
