摘要
观察了31例溃疡性结肠炎患者的T细胞亚群、红细胞免疫粘附功能、血清SOD活性、补体C3水平、免疫复合物(CIC)含量、MDA含量、外周血NK细胞活性等有关免疫生化指标。结果表明:大肠湿热组、脾虚挟湿组CD4、CD8均低于对照组。大肠湿热组红细胞RCIA、RCIC均低于正常对照组。大肠湿热组血清CIC、MDA、SOD均高于正常对照组。提示红细胞免疫粘附功能下降,CIC和LPO上升可作为大肠湿热型客观指标。脾虚挟湿型辅助性T细胞下降明显,红细胞免疫粘附功能正常可作为该组客观指标参考。CD4/CD8降低可作为脾虚挟湿与大肠湿热相区别的诊断指标之一。
The paper observed erythrocyte immunity, T cell subgroup and contents of super-oxide dismutase (SOD) of 31 patients with ulcerative colitis with the purpose of the study on the internal connection between mechanism of ulcerative colitis immunity and differential classification in TCM (the intestine damp-heat and spleen difficiency). The result were: CD4 and CD8 in the groups of intestine damp-heat, spleen difficiency, compared with normal control group, were lower (CD4 P<0. 001. CD8 P<0. 05). In the group of intestine damp-heat erythrocytes RCIA, RCIC were lower than those in normal control group (P<0. 01, P<0. 05 ), Erythrocytes RCIA of spleen deficiency compared with those of the normal control group showed no difference (P>0. 05), blood serum CIC, LPO and SOD of intesting damp-heat group were much higher than those of the normal control group (P<0. 05, 0. 01, 0. 001). These suggest that the decrease of RCIA and the rise of CIC and lipidperoxide (LPO)may serve as the indicators for intestine damp-heat; in spleen difficiency group T cell was much lower than that in the normal control group, but spleen diffficiency erythrocytes RCIA were nomal. The lower CD4/CD8 may serve as differentiation from intestine damp-heat.
