摘要
采用兔腹膜炎模型，对细胞、溶质和水的转运进行观察。结果显示：在腹腔内注入加有酵母多糖和大肠杆菌的腹膜透析液两组中，其透出液内白细胞数和蛋白质均增加，而小分子溶质和水的超滤无改变。提示白细胞转移和蛋白质丧失与小分子溶质和水转运途径不同。
he transport of cells,solutes and fluid in dialysate on models of rabbit has been observed.The results showed that the WBC and protein in dialysate during the dialysis fluid with either Zy-mosan or E-col dwelling for 8 hours were increased,but there was no difference of Cr,glucose indialysate and ultrafiltration volume,These suggest that the mechanisms mediating WBC migra-tion and protein loss may depart from those mediating small solute clearance and ultrafiltration.
