摘要
２６例双腔右心室经手术证实。２３例经右室或右室右房双切口获得良好心内视野。本组无手术死亡及残余梗阻。彩色超声多普勤对诊断有重要价值。正确辨认并彻底切除异常肌束或狭窄环，避免三尖瓣结构损伤及处理合并畸形是手术的成功关键。本文复习了双腔右心室的解剖、对其诊断及手术治疗进行了讨论。
wenty-six patients with double-chambered right ventricle(DCRV)underwent surgicaltreatment from January 1993 to December l 995.Among them 24 patients were associated withventricular septal defect(VSD).The colour echocardiography Doppler revealed evidences of rightventricular outflow tract obstruction in 24 cases that was valuable for diagnosis of DCRV. Duringoperation anomalous muscular bands(AMB) were resected and VSD closed.The intracardial ex-posure was excellent with right ventriculotomy or atrial-ventricular approach.All patients sur-vived and none had residual obstruction. A full knowledge of the pathology, complete resectionof the right ventricular AMB or stenotic ring,avoidance of injuring the apparatus of tricuspidvalve and repair of the associated anomalies may provide good surgical results with minimal op-ertive risks.
