摘要
双腔右心室（ＤＣＲＶ）多合并室间隔缺损（ＶＳＤ），本文对ＤＣＲＶ合并ＶＳＤ的发病、病理、手术矫治进行讨论。强调流出道疏通要彻底，ＶＳＤ修补要确切，避免误将右心室狭窄孔当作ＶＳＤ修补。
Double-chambered right ventricle (DCRV)is often associated with ventricular septal defect (VSD).16cases of DCRV with VSD were operated. The operation was successful in 15 cases with an early postoperative mortality of 6% ( 1/16).The pathogensis, pathology and operative treatment were discussed.Emphases were put on thorough dredging of the exit and correct identifying and repairing of the VSD so as to avoid repairing the narrowed passage of the right ventricle chamber instead of the VSD.
