摘要
介绍一种反相高效液相色谱固定流量洗脱结合自然荧光检测血清５－经色胺的方法。该法分析速度快，色谱过程可在５ｍｉｎ内完成，预处理等操作简便，方法线性良好，回收率可达９７％左右，适合于临床应用。
his rapid and simplified determination of serotonin in human serum involves high pressureliquid chromatography(HPLC) with fluorometric detection. Deproteinated Samples of Serum areinjected directly into the chromatography without preliminary chromatographic purification. Themethod is more rapid and simpler than other HPLC methods.Within 5 min,the total separationis achieved. The recovery reached 97.62±1.76%.Intra-assay CVs is from 3.35% to 4. 03%.The linear range is from 0.515μmol·L-1 to 154.597μmol·L-1.The contents of serotonin inserum for normal adults is 18.714±2. 948μmol·L-1(n=39).
