摘要 建立液压变压器输出压力数学模型并进行仿真分析;建立了液压变压器测试系统,并对液压变压器输出压力特性进行试验研究。仿真与试验结果吻合,液压变压器输出压力由配流盘控制角度θ决定,同时受负载的影响。试验还表明,液压变压器实际运行过程中存在摩擦阻力做功,导致输出压力值较理想压力值低。 The mathematics model of the output pressure of a hydraulic transformer (named HT) was built and the simulation was completed. The Test-rig system was designed and the experiments were carried out. The simulation results coincide with the experimental ones very well. The research shows that the output pressure of the HT depends on the control angle of the port plate and is influ enced by loads. There is much power loss Wf during the HT running, which results in the output pressure decreasing.
