摘要 建立旋转配流盘型变量柱塞泵排量的数学模型,对其工作原理进行了论述;剖析了其结构上存在的缺陷,提出一种拓宽变量调节范围的新方法;对旋转配流盘型变量泵的瞬时流量特性进行仿真研究,并与倾角调整型变量泵的瞬时流量进行了对比分析,指出采用旋转配流盘型变量泵需进一步克服的缺陷。 The mathematical models of the variable axial piston pump based on adjusting the port plate were built, and its working principle was shown. And its design shortcoming was analyzed and one new method of widening its displacement was put forward. The instantaneous flow rate of the variable piston pump based on adjusting the port plate and the bent angle were compared and analyzed. The limitation of the variable piston pump based on adjustable port plate should be overcome in the further research.
