摘要
目的探讨椎动脉型颈椎病X线片的特征与临床关系。方法对42例椎动脉型颈椎病X线片进行测量和临床分析。结果椎动脉型颈椎病患者X线片显示:颈椎生理弧度变直、颈椎不稳、钩椎关节增生。结论颈椎曲度改变及颈椎不稳为椎动脉型颈椎病的诊断和治疗提供了重要依据。
Objective To approach the characters of X-ray films and its clinical relationships of verte-broarterial type of cervical spondylosis.Methods The X-ray image of 45 cases with vertebroarterial type of cervical spondylosis were measured and clinically analyzed.Results The X-ray films showed the straightening of physiologic radian,the unsteadiness of cervical vertebrae unsteadiness and the hyperplasy of uncovertebral joint.Conclusion The changes of curvature and unsteadiness of cervical vertebrae provide important evidences for the diagnosis and treatment of vertebroarterial type of cervical spondylosis.
