摘要
介绍了黑龙江省公路交通概况,在分析了建立公路应急指挥系统必要性的基础上,提出了我省公路应急指挥系统的设计结构、功能和工作流程。黑龙江省公路应急指挥系统的建成必将提高我省公路救援水平,减少人员伤亡和经济损失。
This paper introdueed the general roads traffic of Heilongjiang province and put forward the design structure, function and working process of roads emergency command system based on the analysis of the necessity of establishing the system. The establishment of roads emergency command system in Heilangjiang province would improve road rescue level and reduce casualties and economic loss.
