软骨多糖对H22肝癌小鼠抑瘤作用研究 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]研究软骨多糖对H22肝癌小鼠的抑瘤作用并探讨其作用机制。[方法]以小鼠H22肝癌细胞腹腔造模,将动物分为正常组﹑模型组和治疗组3组,治疗组每天腹腔注射给药。记录小鼠的体重变化﹑生存时间并计算生命延长率;测定胸腺指数和脾指数,进行淋巴细胞转化实验,免疫荧光检测CD40、CD40L表达。[结果]软骨多糖能显著抑制H22荷瘤小鼠肿瘤生长,提高荷瘤小鼠生命延长率﹑胸腺指数和脾指数;淋巴细胞转化实验表明治疗组的刺激指数明显高于模型组;免疫荧光实验显示出软骨多糖能够提高荷瘤小鼠脾细胞CD40、CD40L蛋白的表达。[结论]软骨多糖对H22肝癌小鼠肿瘤生长具有显著抑制作用,其抑瘤作用机制可能通过提高小鼠的免疫力来实现。
