摘要
本文通过自编的《高校教师工作压力量表》对北京市两所高校的320名教师进行调查,结果显示,尽管不同性别、不同年龄段、不同职称、不同学科的教师在压力强度上有差异,但高校教师的工作压力强度普遍较高。社会、学校应对此问题予以高度重视,并采取有效措施增强教师的应对能力,建立和完善社会支持系统,维护和促进高校教师的心理健康。
In this study for stress status and factors among university teachers, the major instrument employed is College Working Stress Scale, and the sample consists of 320 teachers from two universities in Beijing. The results indicate that university teachers are faced with high stresses on average, varying for difference in tenders, ages, titles, trades. As a conclusion, the society and the universities should attach great importance to the issue, establish and perfect the system of social support, as well as take effective measures to enhance the teachers' adaptability and improve their mental health.
