摘要
在高校管理工作中教师人力资源管理占有极其重要的地位,随着教育事业的迅速发展逐渐暴露出我国高校在人力资源管理方面所存在的诸多问题。因此,应该运用人力资源管理理论,对我国高校的人力资源进行科学地分析与管理,使教师能够充分地发挥潜能,进一步提高工作绩效。
Teacher human resource management plays a curtail role in college management affairs. With the rapid development of education, however, many problems have emerged in this field. We should analyze and manage human resource based on relevant scientific theories. Therefore, teachers can get more achievements in their work with their potentials highly motivated.
