摘要
研究了不同浓度Hg2+、Cd2+、Pb2+、Cr2+混合溶液处理对甘蓝型油菜种子黔油12号、黔油14号、黔油18号萌发的影响,通过spss统计软件分析,表明在重金属多因子胁迫下,随着重金属浓度的增加,处理时间的延长,油菜种子的发芽势、萌发率、根系长度均有下降趋势。3个品种中黔油18号对重金属多因子胁迫有明显的耐受性,黔油12号次之,黔油14号耐受性最差。
On the basis of the study of the influence of different density of mix solution of Hg^2+,Cd^2+ . Pb^2+ ,Cr2^2+ on the seed germination of Qianyou 12,Qianyou14, and Qianyou18, and of the analyses of the software SPSS, it is proved that the rate of bud, the rate of germination, and the length of root has run downward along with the increase of density of heavy metal and the time extension of disposal under the pressure of multi - gene of heavy metal. The enduring of the three things are: Qianyoul 8 〉 Qianyou 12 〉 Qianyou14.
