摘要
通过对湖南地区住宅建筑抽样调查,统计了其能耗状况、体形系数、窗墙比及窗墙材料等情况,分析了这些因素对该地区住宅建筑能耗影响,指出要降低住宅建筑能耗,在建筑设计时就应做好体形系数、窗墙比及窗户等的规划设计,在使用过程中要注意搞好绿化措施及提高居民的节能意识。
By sampling survey of the urban and rural residential buildings in Hunan region, this paper shows some statisticses about the energy consumption, the shape coefficient , the area ratio of window to wall and the material of window, analyzes the effects of key factors on the residential buildings energy consumption, and points out that when designing a building we should control well the shape coefficient and the area ratio of window to wall, and when using it we must keep the building area in virescence and enhance energy saving consciousness of resident.
