摘要
与城市居民住宅及公共建筑相比,在我国量大面广的农村地区住宅节能技术的应用相对滞后,其中很重要的原因就是适合农村住宅的节能技术的研发及其推广不够。对农村住宅节能技术的研究状况进行了分析,从建筑物的规划布局、新型建筑材料的研究使用、围护结构保温技术、太阳能在住宅上的利用、住宅通风降温技术及住宅节能的经济性分析等几个方面总结了农村建筑节能技术的研究进展,指出了当前农村节能技术研究存在的问题。在此基础上,展望了农村住宅节能技术研究的方向。
The application of energy-saving technologies in China＇s rural resident is much more lagged than that in the urban housing and public buildings,as the energy-saving technologies suitable for rural areas are insufficient as well as the promotion of those technologies is inefficient.The research situations of rural residential energy-saving technologies were reviewed.The study progress of energy-saving technologies in rural constructions was summarized comprehensively from several aspects,such as the layout of buildings,the developing and adopting of new building materials,the insulation technology of building envelope,the residential use of solar energy,the residential ventilation cooling technology and the economics of residential energy-saving.Many problems in current rural energy-saving technologies and future trends of this were pointed out.On this basis,some recommendations for strengthening the research on rural residential energy-saving technologies and promoting the use of residential energy-saving technology in rural areas were proposed.
