蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶1B抑制胰岛素信号传导 被引量:1

摘要 以目前的发展趋势,预计到2025年,全世界将有3亿2型糖尿病患者,对2型糖尿病的干预研究非常迫切。由于2型糖尿病的主要特征是胰岛素的作用受损,因此研究的重点在于对胰岛素信号转导的深入认识,并找到合适的药物干预靶点。现对蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶1B(protein tyrosine phosphatases1B,PTP1B)在胰岛素信号转导中的作用综述如下。
