摘要
劳务输出是河南省农村剩余劳动力转移的重要渠道。研究河南省劳务输出特点,指出河南省劳务输出过程中存在着一定的问题和困难,针对河南省劳务输出的特点和存在的问题,提出了健全劳务输出工作管理机制、提高输出人员的素质、确保劳务输出有序化流动、畅通劳务交流的栽体、积极维护务工人员的合法权益等提升劳务输出水平的对策。
Exporting labors is one of the important methods of transferring agricultural surplus labors. After it ：studies the characters and the difficulties of the present situation of exporting labors, this paper supplies the countermeasures of perfecting exporting job management mechanism, enhancing outputs personnel＇s quality, ensuring the labor exporting to flow orderly, unimpeded service exchange carrier, defending the work personnel＇s legitimate rights and interests positively to improve the level of exporting agricultural surplus labors.
