摘要
以四甲基偶氮唑盐（ＭＴＴ）法检测白细胞粘附抑制效应（ＬＡＩ），乳酸脱氢酶（ＬＤＨ）释放法检测天然杀伤细胞（ＮＫ）活性发现，胸腺因子Ｄ、胸腺素和胸腺肽，加热１４０℃以下１５ｍｉｎ，ＬＡＩ效应和ＮＫ活性与未加热前一样；加热１５０℃以上１５ｍｉｎ，上述活性丧失。
The influence of heat on the leukocyte adherence inhibition (LAI) effect and nature killer (NK) activity of thymus hormone were investigated with MTT LAI assay and LDH release assay. The results showed that the LAI effect and NK activity of thymic factor D, thymosin and thymus peptide were not affected by heating 15 minutes with temperature under 140 degrees centigrade, but the LAI effect and NK activity of thymus hormone were lost when heated 15 minutes with temperature over 150 degrees centigrade.
