弯外壳螺杆钻具在套管内通过能力的有限元分析 被引量:8

摘要 应用非线性有限元方法,研究了侧钻水平井钻井过程中,弯外壳螺杆钻具在套管内下入可行性的问题,计算了Φ120单弯螺杆钻具结构弯角、稳定器间隙以及井斜角对螺杆钻具下入摩阻的影响,并给出了使得螺杆顺利下入时螺杆之上钻具的长度,以此判断螺杆是否需要借助外力就能安全下入套管内。计算结果表明,结构弯角小于2.75°时,单弯螺杆钻具的能够顺利下入Φ177.8套管内,当螺杆结构弯角大于3°时,下入困难,甚至需要借助于外力才能将螺杆钻具强行压入位于井口附近的套管内。 During the drilling of reentry horizontal well, the feasibility problem on bend PDM running into casing was studied by using non-linear finite element method. The influences of the structure bend angle of 120mm single bend PDM, stabilizer clearance and deviation angle on friction drag of running PDM were calculated and analyzed. The drilling-tool length upper PDM was given that make PDM can run freely. The calculation results indicate that when the structure bent angle is less than 2.75 degree, the single bend PDM can run into the 177.8mm casing freely; when the structure bent angle is more than 3 degree, it is so hard to casing running, even we need to recur to the external force to make PDM run into the casing near well head.
