摘要
目的:探讨多形性胶质母细胞瘤的影像学表现。方法:经手术病理证实的多形性胶质母细胞瘤21例,其中20例行CT扫描,18例行M R I检查,分别分析其影像学表现。结果:多形性胶质母细胞瘤CT表现为低密度影,瘤内卒中表现为高密度;M R I表现为长T1长T2或混杂信号团块。结论:多形性胶质母细胞瘤的影像学表现有相对特异性,综合CT、M R I所见有利于正确诊断。
Objective： To study the manifestations of glioblastoma multiforme. Methods： 21 cases of glioblastoma multiforme were proved by surgical and pathologic findings. 20 of them were performed by CT, 18 performed by MRI, analysing the imaging manifestations of them. Results： CT appearance of glioblastoma multiforme was low density image, intratumorally apoplexy was high density image. MRI appearance was mass of long T1 long T2 or mixed signal. Conclusion： There was relative specificity in the manifestations of glioblastoma multiforme, The combinations of CT and MRI are helpful for the diagnosis of the disease.
