摘要
目的提高特诊病人的入院宣教效果,提升病人信任度和满意度。方法成立QC小组,运用PDCA循环管理方法,解决入院宣教效果不够理想的问题。结果病人对入院宣教的知晓率由90.92%上升至98.08%(P<0.001)。结论QC小组活动可以提高护士的素质,激发其积极性与创造性,提高病人满意度,塑造病区护理服务品牌。
Objective To improve the effect of hospitalizing education in priority ward and promote the patients＇ trust and satisfaction degree. Methods QC team was set up and PDCA circulation management was used to improve the effect of hospitalizing education. Results The patient＇s understanding rate of hospitalizing education raised from 90.92% to 98.08% （P〈0. 001）. Conclusions QC activity can improve nurses＇ quality and arouse their energetic and creative power and evaluate the patients＇ satisfaction degree as well as create a ward service model.
