摘要
找出母鸽自然喂养和人工饲料喂养效果的差异，探索人工饲喂乳鸽的科学方法，提高乳鸽的生长速度和成活率。将3日龄的乳鸽随机分为4组，A组和D组分别为自然喂养组和常规饲养对照组，B组和C组为分别添加5×10^7个／mL和2．5×10^7个／mL乳酸菌的饲喂组。饲喂周期为15d，第1-6d时，每天喂8次，以注射器灌喂；第7—15天时，每天喂5次，以糊状物或泥巴样物投喂。观察并统计幼鸽的生长速度及成活率。结果表明自然喂养效果优于人工饲喂，用添加乳酸菌的饲料人工喂养效果（B组平均体重349．86g，成活率70％、C组平均体重304．86g，成活率60％）虽低于自然喂养的水平（A组平均体重448．00g，成活率96％），但优于不含乳酸菌的饲料的饲喂效果（D组平均体重277．67g，成活率60％），表明乳酸菌对促进乳鸽的正常发育具有一定作用，且浓度越大效果越明显。该研究结果为人工饲喂乳鸽提供了科学依据。
To find out the differences in the growth effect between the dovelets fed naturally and the ones fed manually, seek a scientific method to feed dovelets manually, improve the growth and survival rates. Divide the three-day-old dovelets into 4 groups randomly. Dovelets in group A and group D are fed respectively naturally and by normal feedstuff, and dovelets in group B and group D are fed by the feedstuff respectively with 5 x 197 lactobacillus/mL and 2.5 x 107 lactobacillus/mL. The feed period lasts for 15 days. Feed the dovelets with a injector 8 times per day for the first 6 days, and 5 times per day for the last 9 days with the mash-like feedstuff. And then observe and calculate thegrowth and survival rotes of the dovelets. The result shows that the dovelets fed naturally develop much better than those fed manually. Although the groups fed by feedstuff with lactobacillus （group B ： average weight 349.86g, survival rate 70% ; group C： average weight 304.86g, survival rate 60%） didn＇t grow as well as the group fed naturally（group A： average weight 448. 00g,survival rate 96%） , they grew better than the ones fed by normal feedstuff without lactobacillus（group D： average weight 277.67g, survival rate 60% ）. The results above indicate that lactobacillus play an important role in the acceleartion of the growth and development of dovelets, and denser lactobacillus bring a more obvious effect. In a word, the conculsion of this research can provide a scientific basis for feeding dovelets manually.
