摘要
未成年人犯罪作为现阶段的突出社会问题,其社会深层根源在于中国社会转型过程中所引起的未成年人的群体性失范。我国现行教育体制出现的偏差是诱发未成年人不良行为和犯罪的重要因素。根据未成年人犯罪的犯罪特点,整合性应当成为整个未成年人犯罪的社会预防体系建构的基点,形成以教育性预防为核心,保护性体系、惩罚性体系等其他措施为辅助的一体性预防思路。在中国,建构整合性的教育预防体系应当从家庭教育、学校教育、社会教育三方面展开,使三者有机结合,真正发挥预防未成年人犯罪的屏障作用。
Based on the studies of abnormal life of some juvenile in the transformation of Chinese society, through the analysis of our country＇ s present education system, according to the difference and multiple of the crime reason, The paper tries to construct a theoretical approach which includes an integrated preventive education system, and takes the integration as the core, from three aspects ——home education, school education, social education to construct and improve this system, propose that only viewing preventive education system as an organic conformity system, and enable the system interior to obtain the coordination to the greatest degree, it will be able to take in the entire crime prevention system as a subprevention system, and really plays the role and achieves the effect of controlling and reducing juvenile crimes.
