浸渍活性炭脱除低浓度H_2S的研究 被引量:13

摘要 应用正交实验法研究了活性炭种类、改性剂、添加剂种类、改性剂及添加剂组成等五种因素对改性活性炭脱硫效果的影响,结果表明活性炭和改性剂种类是决定改性活性炭硫容量的关键因素。最优的改性活性炭脱硫剂组成是ZL-30B活性炭担载6%的Na2CO3改性剂,并以0.1%的TS3作为添加剂,这样制得的改性活性炭硫容量可达53%以上。 The effects of such five factors as the variety of activatec carbon,the impregnant and its proportion,the additive and its amount on the sulfur capacity of the impregnated activated carbon have been investigated by means of orthogonal experimental design.It is concluded that the pore structure of activated carbon and variety of impregnant are the key factors to determine the sulfur capacity.The best desulfurizing agent is composed of ZL 30B activated carbon,6% Na 2CO 3 as impregnant and 0.1% TS3 as additive,and its sulfur capacity may attain more than 52%.
