铜缺乏对小鼠外周血T淋巴细胞的影响

摘要 目的探讨铜缺乏对外周血T淋巴细胞的影响。方法将100只健康断乳昆明白小鼠,按性别随机分为2组,雌雄各半,分别喂给缺铜(每千克日粮含铜5.99mg)、对照(每千克日粮含铜17.91mg)喂养8周,以酸性α-醋酸茶酯酶(ANAE)染色法现测外周血T-淋巴细胞的动态变化。结果铜缺乏组小鼠外周血T-淋巴细胞的ANAE阳性率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论表明铜缺乏可抑制T淋巴细胞的生成,降低其在外周血中的数量。
