摘要
对配加0~5%MnO高钛渣脱硫能力进行了研究.测定了硫在渣铁间平衡分配系数,并对含MnO钛渣进行了动力学实验研究.结果表明,硫在渣铁间平衡分配系数随MnO初始含量、炉渣碱度的升高而提高;随TiO2初始含量的升高而下降.在无搅拌条件下,脱硫反应为二级反应;表观活化能为162kJ/mol;硫在渣中扩散为反应过程的限制环节.
Desulphurizing ability in the high titania slag containing 0~5% MnO was studied. The distribution coefficient of sulphur ( L ° S) in the slag/meatl interface was measured and the dynamic experiment in MnO titania was finished. The result shows that the distribution coefficient of sulphur goes up with the increase of the initial MnO and the basicity of slag and goes down with the desrease of the initial TiO 2 with out stiring, desulphurizing reaction is one of two steps. The process of desulphurizing reaction is restricted by the diffusion of sulphur in the slag. Some measures of increasing desulphurizing ability were pointed out.
