摘要
通过对切屑截面几何、变形状态及切削比的实验分析,研究了非自由切削的变形特征.结果表明:a.随切削干涉程度的增加,切屑截形由较为规则的矩形变为不规则梯形或三角形,故由测量切屑厚度确定切削比存在较大的误差;b.非自由切削为不均匀的三维变形,切削比不能充分反映切屑截面形状的改变;c.
The deformation characteristics of non free cutting (NFC) are experimentally studied with the chip cross section geometry, the deformation configuration and the cutting ratio. It has been found that: a. the shape of the cross section is changed from a rather normal rectangle to an irregular trapezoid or even a triangle along with the enhancement of the interference between the major and minor cutting edges, and great errors of the cutting ratio will result if they are determined by measuring the thickness of chip; b. the deformation in NFC is a non uniform and three dimensional one and the cutting ratio is incapable of sufficiently reflecting the state of deformation; c. the frictional coefficient on the rake face is vital to the cutting ratio.
