连铸工程中的多路喂丝机PLC集散控制系统 被引量:1

摘要 为了实现六流结晶器浇铸时对多路喂丝长度、速度和线卷状态等参数的分布式控制,设计了基于现场总线技术的六流PLC集散控制系统。该系统采用PROFIBUS-DP协议实现管理站与现场PLC控制柜之间的分布式远程通讯。为使喂丝机可靠工作,还设计了一套能自动检测喂丝线卷用完自动报警停机的计长完线测控装置。该系统在多家钢厂连铸工程应用后取得较好效果。 To control the parameters as lengths, rates and coil states of wire feeding during continuous casting, a distributed PLC control system based on fieldbus technology for four- conductor ladle refinement wire feeders was designed. PROFIBUS - DP protocol was used in the distributed remote communication between the manager and local PLC control cabinets. A measure and control device for wire length and exist detect was designed to send warning signals and shut down the wire feeder automatically when the coils are used up. It has been applied in several stainless steel projects and achieved excellent effects.
