摘要
改革开放以来,我国开始了以经济体制改革为先导的新的社会转型过程。跨入21世纪之后,在全面建设小康社会的进程中,党中央提出了构建社会主义和谐社会的新要求。从战略层面选择我国体育法制的发展路径,必然面对着社会转型与和谐社会的时代背景和双重要求,既要进一步深化体育治理方式从人治走向法治的根本性变革,又要推进体育法制建设能够均衡运筹多方面法治变量,协调发展。
Since the reform and opening-up, we have entered a new society transformation process which leads the economic reform. After stepping into the new century, in the process of building a well-off society, the Central Committee puts forward a new demand about building up the harmonious socialist society. Form strategic angle, the developing route of sports legal system in China must face the times background of society transformation and harmonious socialist society building and double demands which include not only being continued to deepen sports legal system from human controlling to law controlling, but also making progress in the sport legal setting up with considering all kinds of legal system variables.
