摘要
随着市场经济的发展,我国体育利益开始分化,形成了不同的体育利益群体,体育利益结构发生深刻变化:由整体性向多元性转变、由相对稳定向过渡性转变、非均衡性呈现出更加复杂化的特点;与此同时,体育利益结构的变化使体育政策在制定过程中暴露出许多新问题。试图从体育利益结构变化的角度来解析中国体育政策制定的过程,探讨当前中国体育利益结构的变化对体育政策制定过程的影响,使其更好的为我国体育事业的发展服务。
Mong with the development of market economy, the sports interest in China began to be divided, generating various interest groups. The structure of sports interest has changed considerably： from unity to diversity; from relative stability to interim state became more complex unevenness. At the same time, the change in the structure of sports interest has caused a number of new issues in sports policy-making. Analyzing the process of sports policy- making in China from the view of the change in the structure of sports interest, this paper intends to discuss about the influence of the present change in the structure of sports interest on sports policy-making, so as to promote a better development of sports cause in China.
