摘要
大量现象表明职场中的工作压力正在不断增加:不稳定的工作、更高的工作流动率、下降的士气以及较差的绩效等等。本文着重分析了企业女性员工的工作压力表现及其七个方面的特点,探索了男女两性共同的压力源和女性压力源,并提出了相应的五个减压措施。
A great number of phenomena show that the stresses in workplaces are increasing, such as instable jobs ,higher work turnover, decreasing morale and worse performance. This paper points out based on analysis the work stresses on women in enterprises and the seven characteristics, explores the stressors that both men and women have in common and the unique stressors for women only. Finally, it puts forward five corresponding measures to reduce stresses.
