摘要
选择符合可持续发展和多元化社会需求的住宅结构体系,促进住宅产业健康、快速发展,是我国建设领域正在研究的一个重点课题.将全寿命周期成本分析理论及系统效率分析方法引入住宅结构体系综合评价,建立了综合评价指标体系;研究了不同结构体系成本、效率,特别是难以计量的环境和社会成本、效率确定思路及方法;通过将AHP法应用于系统综合效率的确定,将定量与定性分析相结合,建立了基于全寿命周期成本分析的住宅结构体系综合评价模型.
It is a key subject in the construction field in China to choose housing structure system which conforms to the sustainable development and the multiplex social demand and to promote the healthy and quick development of housing industry. Based on the application of the theory of total life cycle cost analysis and the system efficiency analysis in the comprehensive evaluation of housing structure system, a comprehensive evaluation index system was set up. The cost and efficiency of different structure systems were studied, especially those for the hard-to-measure environment and society. The thought and method were proposed for the determination of cost and efficiency of environment and society. Through the application AHP method in the definition of comprehensive system efficiency and the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis, the comprehensive evaluation model for housing structure system based on the total life cycle cost analysis was established.
