摘要
对绿色生态住宅小区的综合评价是十分复杂的工作,不仅因为影响绿色生态住宅小区的指标体系十分复杂,而且各指标对绿色生态住宅小区影响的权重也不易认定.利用层次分析法的原理,提出了一种确定绿色生态住宅小区各指标权重的方法.例举了绿色生态住宅小区综合评价中水环境系统指标权重的确定方法,其方法对绿色生态住宅小区综合评价中其它环境系统指标权重的确定也是适用的.
The work of synthetically assessing green ecotype residential quarters is very hard, not only because the target system in assessment is quite complex, but also because the target weights are difficult to affirm.By using the principle of Analytic Hierarchy Process, one affirmation method to decide the target weight in assessing green ecotype residential quarters is promoted. An example of affirming the target weights of water environmental system in synthetically assessing green ecotype residential quarters is presented,which is also useful to affirm the target weights of the other environmental system in synthetically assessing green ecotype residential quarters.
