摘要 目的比较黔产铁苋菜不同采收期和部位中没食子酸及总黄酮的含量,结合生物产量,探讨其适宜采收期。方法采用HPLC法和UV法分别测定铁苋菜中没食子酸和总黄酮的含量。结果不同采收期内铁苋菜中没食子酸和总黄酮的含量以7月中旬的最高,没食子酸含量以8月底的最低,总黄酮含量以8月中旬的最低。铁苋菜的产量8月中旬的最大,7月份的与8月份的差异不明显;茎、叶占产量的最大比重,根的产量最低。叶中的没食子酸和总黄酮的含量最高。结论综合考虑活性成分含量及生物产量,建议黔产铁苋菜在7月份采收为宜。 OBJECTIVE To compare gallic acid and total flavones content in Guizhou Acalypha australis from the different harvest time and different parts, and combine with biological yield to discuss proper harvest time. METHODS The contents of gallic acid and total flavonoids in Guizhou Acalypha australis were determined by HPLC and UV. RESULTS The contents of gallic acid and total flavones that was picked in the middle of July was highest in the different harvest time, that the content of gallic acid was lowest was picked at the end of August, and that the content of total flavones was lowest that was harvest at the middle of August. The output was largest in the middle of August, and no obvious difference in July and August. The contents of stem and leaf was the largest proportion of output, and root was the lowest. CONCLUSION Considering content of active ingredients and biological yield, July is the best time to Dick of Guizhou Acalypha australis.
