摘要
目的探讨小组合作学习对护理专业本科学生主体性的影响。方法将护理本科学生108人随机分为对照班(53人)和实验班(55人),以护理专业的必修课程《护理学基础》为教学内容。对照班采用传统教学方法教学,实验班采用小组合作学习教学方法教学。结果实验班学生主体性方面其实验技能、学习态度、自主学习能力、合作能力、交流沟通能力显著优于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论运用合作学习对护理专业本科学生主体性的发展有一定的促进,但对记忆性知识和临床决策能力的影响不明显。
Objective To investigate the effect of cooperative learning on undergraduate nursing student's independence. Methods One hundred and eight students were randomly divided into an experimental class(n= 55) and a control class (n= 53). In the instruction of the Basics of Nursing (a required course of nursing curriculum), the students in the experimental class were taught by applying the cooperative learning method while the students in the control class received traditional instruction. Results The professional skills, attitude of study, ability of self-learning, cooperation, communication skills in the experimental class were better than those in the traditional class (P〈0.01 for all). Conclusion Undergraduate nursing students' independence can be improved through the application of cooperative learning, but its effect on students' memorization of facts and ability to make clinical decisions is not conspicuous.
