超高比表面积活性炭结构与比电容的关系 被引量:3

Relationship between Structure and Specific Capacitance of Activated Carbon with Super-high Specific Surface Area

摘要 在非水电解质体系中,用恒电流充放电法测定所制活性炭电极的双电层比电容,研究了活性炭的结构对比电容的影响。结果表明,超高比表面积活性炭(SBET≥2500m2/g)比表面积为2827m2/g时,电容器比电容值高达101.6F/g,是比表面积为1384m2/g的普通活性炭电容器比电容的2.4倍。提高活性炭中2~4nm孔所占的百分率,能有效地提高电容器比电容。 The double layer specific capacitance of capacitor was determined by means of galvanostatic charge/discharge in the non-aqueous solution, The relationship between the structure of activated carbons and the specific capacitance was studied. The results show that the specific capacitance of capacitor is obtained as high as 101.6 F/g when the super-high specific surface area activated carbon has a specific surface area of 2 827 m^2/g. It is 2.4 times higher than that of general activated carbon whose specific surface area is 1 384 m^2/g, The specific capacitance of capacitor can be enhanced because of the high percent of 2-4 nm pores for activated carbons,
