摘要
为了避免供需链研究中大量退货模型忽略结算周期和历史价格的缺陷,并为企业提供在周期结算和产品价格波动的环境下进行退货补偿结算的有效方法,该文对于企业的退货业务处理流程进行了建模,提出了基于二维映射原则的退货确认方法,并综合考虑历史价格和当前价格设计了一种综合退货处理策略。该策略可以调整企业间因周期结算和历史价格而产生的利益分配,降低供需链上游企业因过量支付退货补偿款而产生的成本。该项策略已在某针织集团的营销公司内获得应用,在处理分销商的集中退货问题上为公司节省了开支。
Real return transactions in a fluctuating price environment were modelled to illustrate the effects of balancing periods and historical prices in return models for supply chain management. The model calculates the return compensation for enterprises with periodic balancing of costs in a price fluctuating environment. A confirmation method for return transactions was developed based on two-dimensional mapping with a recommended general policy for return transactions based on both the historical price and the current price. The policy adjusts the profit allocation between companies caused by periodic balancing of the costs and the historical price to reduce the costs of companies in the upper supply chain caused by excessive return reimbursements. The policy has been applied in a marketing company of a knitting group to reduce expenses caused by mass returns from its distributors.
