摘要
针对铯钟系统提出的调频波相位噪声测试问题,利用HP3048A相位噪声测试系统进行了测试及测试结果的分析,并作了理论推导和实验验证,给出了理论分析和实验结果相一致的结论。最终提出了调频波相位噪声的数学模型及测试途径。
In accordance with the measurement problem of phase noise of frequency modulation wave raised in cesium atomic clock system, a measurement was made with HP 3048A phase noise measurement system. On the basis of analyzing the measurement results, we derive a mathematic model for phase noise of frequency modulation wave and gave the verification of it through experiments. The conclusion shows that the theory is consistent with experiment. As a result the method of measuring the phase noise of frequency modula- tion wave is put forward.
