摘要
将无障碍概念引入到医院医疗服务中,深化“以病人为中心”理念,在减少和消除通行、沟通、心理、行为、管理、观念等6个方面障碍的过程中,融入人文关怀,体现以人为本,实现全员、全程参与,让医患双方携手努力,共同克服疾病这个人类健康的最大障碍,并在此基础上克服和减少其他各种障碍,使医疗服务达到“流畅、规范、和谐”,不断满足人民群众日益增长的健康需求,进而使病人满意、职工满意,增进社会和谐。
The paper introduces the barrier-free concept into hospital medical service and deepens the idea of patient-centered care. Along with the reduction and elimination of barriers of traffic, communication, psychology, behavior, management and idea, we practice the humanistic concern and realize entire staff participation and whole course participation in conquering the biggest barrier of human diseases by cooperation of doctors and patients. And, on this basis, to reduce other kinds of barriers and make the medical service smooth, standardized and harmonious that can meet people's growing demand for health, thus satisfying both patients and employees, and promoting socialharmony.
