摘要
提升城市农民工的休闲活动水平无论是从农民工个人还是从社会整体利益的角度来看,都具有重要的现实意义。然而,由于主客观种种因素的限制,现阶段农民工休闲活动的现状难尽人意,农民工的精神文化需求没有得到应有的满足。针对这一问题,应采取纠正错误观念、强化社会责任、建立基层工会、加强相关培训、鼓励成立自助组织和文艺社团及调动社会力量和社会资源等有效对策来加以改进。
It is of importance to promote peasant - workers＇ level of leisure activities in cities, no matter considering from the view of individuals or from overall benefit of society. However, due to the constraints of subjective and objective reasons, present situation of peasant - workers＇ leisure activity is still lagged, and their proper demand for spirit and culture activities have not be sufficiently met. In view of this present situation, this paper suggest we take effective countermeasures to correct misconceptions, enhance social responsibility, build grass - roots trade unions, strengthen relevant training, encourage the establishment of self- help organizations and the arts communities, and mobilize social forces and social resources.
