摘要
实施学院制管理是我国众多高校实现跨越式发展后自然选择的一种管理模式。明晰学院制管理的内涵、学院设置的原则以及实施过程中应处理好的几个关系,有助于高校快速持续发展。
The implementation of institute system management is naturally a kind of management pattern for multitudinous universities which has implemented surmounts development in our country. To define the conaotatlon of the institute system management and the principle for establishing institute system management, as well as the several relationships which should be settled well in the implementation process, is helpful for the universities to continue to develop fast.
