摘要
青海省发展工业循环经济,应根据资源禀赋、产业特点、工业经济发展程度等因素,选择出适合本省实际的工业循环经济发展模式,抓好资源开发、资源消耗和废弃物利用三个环节,紧紧围绕青海省的主要工业行业以及柴达木循环经济试验区的建设,提升工业发展的产业关联度,形成多产业横向扩展和资源深加工纵向延伸相结合的循环型工业,实现青海省工业循环经济的健康快速发展。
Qinghai province to develop industrial circular economy should base on the factors of resource inheritance,indus trial character and industrial economic development level, choose out a development mode of industrial circular economy that befitting Qinghai provincial reality, do well the three links of resource exploitation, resource waste and wasting utilization, closely surround the development of Qinghai provincial main industrial domains and Cai damu＇s experimental region of circular economy, promote the linking scale in domains of industrial development, form the circular type of industry that multi-industries transversally expand and precise process of resources lengthways extend to be in combination, thereby realize being sound and rapid development in industrial circular economy of Qinghai province.
