“使”字句的英译 被引量：1

On Translation of a Chinese Word“Shi”

摘要 本文通过个人搜集及检索英汉平行语料库,对“使”这一汉语中常用词的种种英译进行了调查,结果发现与其对应的英语表达法多种多样。本文以实例分析该词在英语中的各种不同表达法,对丰富我们的表达手段无疑会有裨益。 The paper figures out the various English translations of a Chinese common word ＂shi＂ by using a new and efficient investigation tool--- E-C Parallel Corpus Concordance. An analysis of the examples may bring varieties to our writing.
