摘要
企业文化有着丰富的内涵,对企业的长远发展有着重要的作用。我国的家族企业在改革开放的过程中取得了长足的发展,但也存在诸多问题亟待解决,特别是家族企业自身在企业文化建设上存在的缺陷,已经在一定程度上阻碍了企业的发展,应该引起足够的重视。为此,探索和建立适合家族企业本身特点的企业文化就显得尤其重要。
Enterprise culture has rich connotation and exerts a great influence on enterprise＇s long-term development. Family firms in China have developed by leaps and bounds in the course of reform and opening up, but they are faced with many troubles, especially, the defects in constructing their enterprise culture, which in a degree hinder the development of their enterprises and thus deserve to be paid enough attention to. Therefore, it is badly important to explore and to construct enterprise culture suitable for the characteristics of their family firms.
