摘要
本实验分析测定了梅花鹿鞭和水貂鞭的灰份、乙醇浸出物、氨基酸和无机元素。从水貂鞭和梅花鹿鞭中均检测出17种氨基酸、22种无机元素。两种鞭含有相同种类的氨基酸和无机元素。各种氨基酸呈平行上升分布趋势,只是含量有差异。总氨基酸,梅花鹿鞭为78.06%,水貂鞭为58.11%。两鞭的中性、酸性、碱性氨基酸的比都是1.0:0.4:0.3,Cu/Zn均为1.0:13.5。从分析结果提示,水貂鞭有类似梅花鹿鞭的作用。
Ash, the extract of ethanal,amino acid and microelememt have been determined from the penis and testis of Cervus nippon Temminck and Mustela vison Schrebler. And the same time, we also determined that 17 kinds of amino acid and 22 kinds of inorganic element from those, the varieties of these constiteunts are the same from penis and testis of both species. The distribution of every amino acid has risen toward parallel tendency. Only the content is different. The tatol amino acid is 78.06% for ones of G. nippon, and 58.11% for ones of M. vison. The ratio of neutral, acidic and alkaline amino acids of penis and testis of those is 1.0:0.4:0.i3.The ratio of Gu/Zn is 1.0: 13.5. From that, we could extrapolate that application of ones of M. vison and C. nippon are analogous.
