基于零件寿命函数的慢速流动备件库存模型 被引量:5

摘要 对价值高的慢速流动备件,如何确定其最佳再订货时间和订货批量,这是目前困扰企业的一个急需解决的问题。由于设备系统的复杂性、零件故障的随机性、备件消耗的特殊性,此类备件的需求难以预测,也难以对相关费用做出准确评估,使用传统的订货点法已经不能很好解决这一问题。本文从零件寿命函数角度对此问题进行了研究,给出了基于零件寿命函数的慢速流动备件库存控制模型。最后以武汉某氧气生产企业此类生产备件——气体冷却器芯为例,对模型的有效性进行了验证。结果表明,使用基于零件寿命函数模型对慢速流动备件进行库存控制,能有效地缩短此类备件的平均存储时间,降低存储成本。 How to optimize the reorder point and order quantity is a difficult problem for slow moving spare parts with high cost and long storage time. An inventory model based on life-cycle function for this kind of spare parts is provided in this paper. The optimal reorder point and order quantity can be calculated with the model while making the decision of purchasing of spare parts. Finally, the case based on condenser core spare parts of a oxygen plant in Wuhan is presented to show the effectiveness of this model. The results indicate that the inventory control model based on life-cycle function is effective and good performances, such as shortening storage time and decreasing inventory cost, can be got if the model is used.
